As Yaşar Group, we conduct our recruitment evaluations objectively based on knowledge, skills, and experience criteria. Our goal is to bring competent, development-oriented candidates who value teamwork, adopt a participatory management approach, and are success-driven into our community companies.
We announce open positions on Yaşar Holding's career portal and career platforms that our community collaborates with. Candidates who pass the preliminary evaluation conducted by the HR departments of our community companies are invited for interviews with department managers. Following the necessary talent/competency assessments and reference checks, we make job offers to suitable candidates.
We aim to facilitate the adaptation process for new colleagues from the moment they accept our job offer. Step Up, which begins with the job offer and extends over the first six months, is a communication-focused, educational, social, and motivating experience.
During the Step Up Program:
Our Buddies (Yudis)
Support our new colleagues in their adaptation to the job, team, and company. They provide necessary information before and after the onboarding process, answer all questions, and organize social activities such as welcome lunches to strengthen the sense of belonging.
Our Managers
Just like Yudis, managers are available to new colleagues even before they start their jobs, providing guidance and support. In the first weeks, they introduce new hires to team members and clearly communicate job expectations and responsibilities. They offer continuous feedback and conduct structured one-on-one meetings at the end of the first weeks and months to discuss needs and expectations transparently.
HR Professionals HR professionals
Aim to support employees throughout their journey in the organization. They conduct orientation training sessions about the company and Yaşar Group. They also organize social activities for new employees, remain accessible at all times, and conduct adaptation surveys on the 10th day and 10th week after onboarding to closely monitor the process for each individual.

Additionally, it has provided physics and language laboratories, sports and cultural facilities, and libraries for the service of national education.
